- Access to dressing rooms

- Sound treated, double thick sheet rock and insulation walls, sound and blackout curtains on rail system can be pulled around whole room, foam stray ceiling to absorb sound bounce

- Lobby with seating and tables, extra tables and chairs available

Pricing:
Full day (8am-5pm) w/ cyc-lights: $625
Half day (4 hours and under) w/ cyc-lights: $400

Paint: Floor can only be guaranteed clean green for 50 cents a square foot or $200 for whole room
